Yoga reach 3leg, tree pose pushup yoga, flying burpees yoga
elbow plank – twist, s.leg bridge

10 min:
tf pushups, downdog press, pistols

10 min:
pullups, walkouts ( or rollout), sit-thru ctrl

10 min:
surfer jumps, tuck jumps, wide pushups

abs:
pilates rollout, 90 knee + twist

tab:
sprints // plank vari, plank – 3 legged dog
