TRX 45 pull w kb presshold 210

CB swing-cl-alt lunge (diff weights ) 210

CB lat hold + bosu dbl step 20

 

4-6 rounds… Use 2 different KB, like 24/16…

1 x double swing, double press, double front squat

2 x double swing, double press, double front squat

3 x double swing, double press, double front squat

 

KB sidepress 5+ KB s.hand swing 20  L/R

 

BarBell HipPress 60kg 8 x 5

KB dbl rackhold walk, KB alt swing, KB dbl windmill
